The Firm was retained to advise Bank of China and the China Development Bank, in financing the construction of a hydroelectric power plant in Song Dong. We advised on all regulatory issues such as regulatory authorizations and approvals needed for the construction of the plant, review and advise on EPC contracts as well as review of facility related documents.
