We acted as local counsel for a private equity investor seeking to invest in a project wherein the Republic of Cameroon represented by the Minister of Energy and Water Resources entered into a public private partnership agreement with GSC ENERGY (PTY) LTD, dated 24 December 2014 for the development and construction of a photovoltaic solar park producing 500 MW of electricity from such solar parks, in increments of 50 MW minimum.
