We acted as local counsel for a Petroleum Product Pipeline Project Company SA (abbreviated as 3PL Project Co SA) in a PPP project with counterparties: (i) the Republic of Cameroon, and (ii) China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau (CPPB). The project involved the implementation of a Partnership Agreement with the Republic, including inter alia, entering into various contracts and agreements with CPPB, for the funding, design, construction, operation and maintenance of a pipeline system for the transportation of petroleum products from Limbe to Yaoundé, passing through Douala and Edea.
