Our lead attorney Paul JING assisted MTN International in the successful takeover of CAMTEL Mobile now MTN Cameroon. He negotiated the licenses and the share purchase agreements, assisted in corporate consolidation, as well as full restructuring of labour force. He advised on the project finance of the operator after the acquisition.
