We assisted the UBA Group on the regulatory requirements in setting up financial institutions in Cameroon. We thereafter created UBA Cameroon, applied for and obtained the required licenses for the institution, executive officers and auditors.
We are currently retained as main external Counsel for the United Bank for Africa in Cameroon.
