We are retained Counsel for AKSA Enerji Urëtim A.S and its local subsidiary AKSA Energy Cameroon S.A in connection with a project for the feasibility studies, the design, financing, construction, operation and transfer to the State of a Gaz fired thermal power Plant of a capacity of 150MW in the BEKOKO locality, of the Wouri Division in the Littoral Region.
