The Firm is retained as exclusive local counsel to Hydromine Inc, in connection with the, financing, insurance, design, construction, operation and maintenance of the Installation consisting of a hydroelectric plant with a total nominal capacity of 201 MW, on a B.O.O.T. basis in conformity with the Concession Contract.
