She is a key member of the firm’s Oil & Gas, Mining, Corporate Finance, Project Finance and Energy practice as well as a member of the Corporate and Foreign Investment department.
She acts principally for foreign investors and has dedicated development related experience gained from this perspective. Her expertise includes drafting and negotiating the many varieties of oil & gas project agreements as well as supporting in the negotiation of oil & gas contracts with the State.
She is fluent in English and French.
